HEMI Engine Packages

FHO 590/604 Pro Street/Bracket Race Hemi

For the ultimate in Pro-street performance and bracket racing, we offer two large cubic inch packages. Where vehicle is intended to be driven extensively on the street, we recommend our 590 PS Hemi. It has superior piston skirt support when compared to engines with longer strokes.

If limited Pro-street, or all out bracket racing is the intended application, the 604 PS Hemi is the way to go. This engine produces over 1000hp on 91 octane pump gas. Higher compression ratios are available for even higher outputs.

Heads and Related Valve Gear

  • Heads- Stage V M2000 Race Heads CNC Ported
    These raised port Stage V heads are extensively modified at FHO. Custom castings feature copper alloy seats for improved heat transfer, corrosion, wear and cracking resistance.
    Pushrods holes are enlarge and sleeved. Combustion chambers are profiled and polished. Intake flange is machined for Viton O-rings. These are max effort race cylinder heads.

Engine is run in, dyno tested and tuned. Heads are re-torqued, valves adjusted, and first oil change performed. Timing and jetting are adjusted as required. Engines are delivered with CD including build sheet, pictures of parts and assembly, along with recorded dyno data and video.
